At K L & Son Building Services, we provide a personal service to suit your all your needs - from a simple tap washer to a complete house build.

We are a family run business based in the village of Coate near Devizes in Wiltshire and we assure that all our work will be carried out within your budget and on time. Previously, we were known as K & L Building and Maintenance Services but earlier this year, we changed the name having brought our son into the business as a partner in recognition of all his input into the development and growing success of the company.
